Michael Brennan OAM

Michael was known as a brilliant midfielder who played 134 games for Australia and scored 53 goals. He was regarded as one of the quickest and most dangerous players in the world with his ability to turn a game.
Michael or ‘Mouse’ played a significant role in the national team over a long period of time and his attacking creativity and energy made him an exciting player to watch.

Michael’s major achievements include:

  • 2000 Sydney Olympic Bronze Medalist
  • 2004 Athens Olympic Gold Medalist
  • 1998 World Cup
  • 1998 Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist
