NOMINATIONS CLOSE 9AM MONDAY 9 MAY 2016
Any player interested in playing Super League in 2016 must complete Form 1-SL - Player Eligibility by 9am Monday 9 May 2016 via the online form to be considered for selection by a zone.
Please ensure you forward the link to Form 1-SL throughout your playing network to ensure all players are aware that nominations are now open. The link to the form is on the HQ website under Resources > Forms and Information > Tournament Forms.
Only players who have completed Form 1-SL – Player Eligibility will be eligible for selection for Super League. Late submissions will not be accepted by Hockey Queensland.
